We understand that circumstances may arise where you might need to reconsider your enrolment. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy for our esteemed students:

Conditions for Refund:

If, for any reason, you find our VFX course unsatisfactory, you are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

1. Refund Application: You must submit a refund request within 2 weeks from the enrollment date for long-term courses and for short-term courses you have to submit a refund request within a week. No refund will issued to courses whose duration is less than 6 hours(1 Week Courses). Please initiate this process by sending an email to [academy@fofs.in] with the course name clearly stated in the email subject followed by “Refund for”. Include your name, course name, and payment proof like payment receipt or tax invoice in the email.

2. Approval Process: Upon receipt of your refund request, our team will promptly review it. Once approved, you will receive a 100% refund of the course fee to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

3. Access Termination: Upon refund approval and processing, your access to course materials, recorded videos, quizzes, and certificates will be terminated. Additionally, your membership in the VFX course community will be revoked.

Important Notes:

- This refund policy is applicable exclusively to our online VFX courses.
